Costera Properties is a real estate agency based in the beautiful Valencian town of Jativa (or Xátiva in the local Valenciano language). After many years living and working by the coast, my wife and I decided on a complete change of scenery and to sample a more Spanish way of life in a traditional town. We chose Jativa because of it's excellent facilities, great links to both Valencia and Alicante by rail or road, and it's stunning old town with narrow cobbled streets full of historical old buildings, the vibrant nightlife of the market square and of course the castle for which it is most famous.
